Return Policy

Returning Your Order

Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The order must include all relevant parts and components, and the packaging must be intact as received.

  • Only normal handling of the product is acceptable; any damage due to negligent handling will not be accepted.

  • If the items are defective upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge return shipping fees to the customer. Arden Ivy is not responsible for return shipping costs. Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if the return conditions are met, you will receive confirmation of your return within this timeframe.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the items have been used or damaged without our responsibility.
*Please note that items purchased with a discount of more than 50% may be excluded from return eligibility. Arden & Ivy reserves the right to refuse returns on such items or, where appropriate, to issue a store credit (voucher) of equal value instead of a refund.

How to Return My Order?

If your return meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return:

  1. Send an email to: info@ardenivy.com

  2. Make sure your email includes the following information:

    • Order number and reason for return

    • If the product is damaged, a photo of the item

    • Your full name and contact details

We will then contact you and provide the correct return address.

Important: Never return the package to the sender’s address. We will provide the correct address after receiving your request. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Our returns are processed from Asia, which means you will need to ship your package from outside the US. This may result in high return shipping costs (up to €30 or more), which are non-refundable.


Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers)

Consumers have the right to cancel their purchase if they are a natural person entering into a contract primarily for non-professional purposes.

A. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier, received the last item in your order.

As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, we cannot stop the shipping process once the order is confirmed, and refunds cannot be issued before the item has been received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Arden & Ivy of your decision to cancel the contract via a clear statement (e.g., by email). The withdrawal becomes effective once the item is received by our team. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Proof of Return Shipment

As our items are shipped from Asia, longer shipping times may occur beyond our control. If the item is already in transit, withdrawal is not possible. Please wait until you receive the item before returning it. However, you are welcome to inform us in advance of your intent to withdraw.

To ensure prompt processing of your return, please provide proof of shipment.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (except for any additional costs if you selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notification and the returned item.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.
